On June 5, a civil dispute report was filed at a Cleveland Avenue, Buckhead, residence. According to reports, a man said a second man who shares a driveway with the complainant stated he was going to put a gate on the driveway. The complainant alleged the man used vulgar language, too.

On June 3, Timothy Joe Harkins, 54, Bethlehem, was arrested and charged with battery. According to reports, a woman alleged that Harkins pushed her down a set of stairs, called her derogatory names and made remarks about her weight. She also alleged he grabbed her wrist during an argument and twisted. The woman, reports state, also had teeth marks on one arm where Harkins had allegedly bitten her. Harkins told deputies that the woman had not been taking her medicine and had instigated the argument and he had bitten her because she had placed him in a head lock. When deputies arrived at 2:52 a.m., Hawkins opened the door and had blood on his face and scratches on his torso.

On June 2, a forgery complaint was filed at a Lakeshore Drive, Buckhead, residence. According to reports, a man alleged that his cousin had opened a bank account using the complainant's identity and then overdrew the account. The man said the account is overdrawn by approximately $700. The complainant said the cousin had used various relatives identity to forge checks and open bank accounts. The cousin is currently incarcerated in Ohio on forgery charges, reports state.

On May 30, an entering auto complaint was filed on Interstate 20 westbound near the 120.5 mile marker. According to reports, a deputy reported that someone had broken a window of a disabled Chevrolet Silverado left on the side of the road. The vehicle's owner reported that a circular saw, electrical extension cord, reciprocating saw, screwdriver and pliers had been taken from the truck. The vehicle's owner said he left the truck on the side of the road following a blown out tire.

On May 30, a found wallet report was filed at a Seven Islands Road location. According to reports, a deputy was handed a wallet found at the Pit Stop Convenience Store. The Pit Stop employee told the deputy the wallet was located near gas pumps at the store. The wallet contained cash, a South Carolina driver's license and other cards. Attempts to reach out to the owner were unsuccessful, reports state. A day later the wallet's owner was located and the wallet was mailed back to the owner.
